ProteoIntegrator is provided under the following licensing terms to ensure it remains accessible for academic and research purposes while protecting commercial applications.
Academic and Non-Commercial Use
ProteoIntegrator is freely available for academic, educational, and non-commercial research use. Users in these categories are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for their personal or institutional research needs.
- Citation Requirement: As a condition of use, academic users must cite the Platform and the associated manuscript in any publications, presentations, or derivative works. Suggested citation: "ProteoIntegrator: A Scalable and Integrated Platform for Robust Multi-Source Proteomics Data Harmonization and Analysis" (submitted August 2025, authors from ShanghaiTech University, Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Meritudio).
- No Commercial Use: This license does not permit any commercial exploitation, including but not limited to selling access, incorporating into commercial products, or using for profit-generating activities.
Commercial Use
For commercial use, including but not limited to use by for-profit entities, integration into commercial software, or any revenue-generating applications, you must obtain a separate license from Meritudio.

General Terms
- Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including intellectual property, remain with Meritudio and its licensors.
- Restrictions: Regardless of license type, you may not modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the Platform without explicit permission.
- Termination: Meritudio reserves the right to terminate any license for violation of these terms.
- Disclaimer: The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. See Terms of Use for details.
