About ProteoIntegrator
Welcome to ProteoIntegrator, a web-based platform designed to simplify and enhance the analysis of multi-source proteomics data. Developed by Meritudio, ProteoIntegrator empowers researchers with a scalable workflow for addressing key challenges such as batch effects and missing values, enabling robust and reproducible proteomics discoveries.
ProteoIntegrator incorporates advanced algorithms, including Bayesian Principal Component Analysis (BPCA) for imputation and parallelized ComBat for batch correction, and provides a no-code solution for academic and research users. The platform supports major proteomics data types, including DDA, DIA, and TMT, and offers interactive visualizations for differential expression analysis, pathway enrichment, and protein–protein interaction network analysis.
The ProteoIntegrator manuscript, titled ProteoIntegrator: A Scalable and Integrated Platform for Robust Multi-Source Proteomics Data Harmonization and Analysis, has now been published in Analytical Chemistry. This work was performed by researchers from ShanghaiTech University, Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Meritudio.
